tk999 games FAQ — Live Casino, Slots, VIP and Withdrawals

Yes, tk999 games live casino is fully mobile-friendly. You can play directly in the browser on any Android or iOS smartphone. Tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi stream in HD video, so picture quality stays good even on a standard mobile data connection. Aster Live tables offer a particularly smooth experience on mobile.

In Teen Patti, each player is dealt three cards and the player with the best hand wins. Andar Bahar is even simpler — a joker card is turned face up and you bet on whether a card of the same value will appear on the left side (Andar) or the right side (Bahar). Both games are available at tk999 games with a live dealer.

Roulette has two types of bets — inside bets (on a specific number or a small group of numbers) and outside bets (red/black, odd/even, high/low). Inside bets pay out more but win less often; outside bets win roughly half the time. European Roulette Pro has a single zero, which keeps the house edge relatively low.

At tk999 games, live tables are set up with separate limits for different budgets. Some tables let you start with very low stakes, while high-roller tables allow larger bets. Starting small and building experience is the best approach — you can see the limits for every table in the lobby.

tk999 games live casino is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The main tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live never close. During IPL or BPL season in particular, you can join the live casino at any time alongside live cricket betting.

At tk999 games, a National ID card (NID) is the most straightforward document accepted. A valid passport or driving licence can also be used. The document must be clear and readable — blurry or cropped images are not accepted. When taking a photo, use good lighting and make sure all four corners of the card are visible.

If verification is rejected, the tk999 games support team will send a message explaining the reason. The two most common reasons are poor image quality and a name mismatch. Read the rejection reason, fix the issue, and upload a clear document again. If you still have trouble, get direct help via 24/7 live chat.

tk999 games uses SSL encryption to store all personal information and documents. Copies of your NID or passport are used only for identity verification and are not shared with third parties. You can find the full data retention policy in the privacy policy.

Yes. The name you used when registering at tk999 games must match the name on the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank account you use for withdrawals. A name mismatch can put your payment on hold. It is important to enter your correct name at registration.

No. At tk999 games, one NID or passport can be used to open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts risks all of them being closed. Read the terms and conditions for a clear understanding of the rules.

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week — this is the net loss. Example: as a Silver member, if your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, you receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. tk999 games adds this amount to your account each week.

tk999 games has three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% cashback. The cashback rate at each tier applies up to that tier's maximum, calculated on the net weekly loss.

You move up through VIP tiers by playing regularly. As your play volume increases and your activity stays consistent, tk999 games moves you to the next tier. You can see full details on tier progression in the VIP section of your account.

At the Gold tier, alongside cashback you get priority customer support, meaning shorter wait times in live chat. Gold members also get early access to special events and limited offers. tk999 games provides customised benefits for higher-tier players.

No. At tk999 games, VIP cashback is added to your account automatically at the end of each week. There is no need to claim it separately. You can check your current VIP tier and cashback history in the VIP section of your account at any time.

RTP (Return to Player) is a game's theoretical payout rate — an estimate of how much money comes back on average for every ৳100 wagered over the long term. It is a mathematical average, not a personal guarantee. Some examples of high-RTP slots available at tk999 games: Fortune Mouse (max RTP 96.96%), Mahjong Ways 2 (max RTP 96.95%), and White Rabbit Megaways (max RTP 97.72%).

In most slots, a free spins round starts when a specific number of scatter symbols appear at the same time. During this round you can spin without placing additional bets, and there is a chance of large wins with multipliers. Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza — both available at tk999 games — each have a popular free spins bonus feature.

Many slot games have a demo or fun mode where you play with virtual credits. It is the best way to learn a new game — you can see how the mechanics, paylines and bonus features work without any risk. However, winnings in demo mode cannot be withdrawn.

In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of every bet is added to the jackpot pool, so the prize grows over time. When someone wins the jackpot, the pool resets to zero and starts building again. These slots can pay out a large jackpot randomly or through a special combination, alongside regular payouts.

Volatility refers to the balance between how often wins occur and how large they are. High-volatility slots (such as San Quentin xWays) pay out less frequently but the wins can be much larger when they come. Low-volatility slots deliver smaller wins more often. Choose based on your budget and patience.

At tk999 games, most withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Money sent to bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay generally arrives within this time. Bank transfers may take a little longer due to the bank's own processing.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement. For the tk999 games welcome bonus, you need to wager the bonus amount 20 times. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must place ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

No. tk999 games withdrawal processing runs the same way 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can submit a request at 2 AM or on a Friday night and the same 30-minute to 3-hour timeframe applies. Payments via bKash, Nagad and Upay also proceed normally on public holidays.

Yes. For security reasons, tk999 games only allows withdrawals to a wallet or bank account registered in the player's own name. Sending money to someone else's bKash or Nagad number is not possible. This rule is in place to protect your funds.

A pending status is normal — it means the tk999 games team is processing it. If it remains pending for more than 3 hours, contact live chat and provide your transaction ID. Pending withdrawals that take longer are usually caused by an unverified account or a name mismatch. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
