Wi-Fi First Choice
Where possible, stay connected to your home Wi-Fi or broadband. If using mobile data, sit somewhere with a strong 4G/LTE signal.
Adjust Stream Quality
If your internet is slow, lower the video quality to medium in the live table settings. Gameplay stays the same and bandwidth usage drops.
Monitor Battery and Data
Live streaming uses both battery and data quickly. Try to play while plugged in to a charger and keep an eye on your monthly data package.
If Connection Drops
If your connection suddenly cuts out, refresh the page – your betting history and balance are saved. Any active bets are settled automatically.
